What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, private keys, authentication secrets, protected health information, classified information, customer records, or other regulated or highly sensitive data through the public website.
Retention and processors
Before production launch, the company must document retention periods, hosting providers, transactional-email and newsletter processors, analytics providers, unsubscribe handling, deletion workflows, and applicable regional privacy rights.
